Our bakery unites the volume and efficiency of industrial baking with proud Danish traditions of craftsmanship, quality and professionalism.
Our production facilities are extremely flexible and can handle all types of bakery items and bake-off and convenience products. This allows us to quickly translate market trends into innovative new products, which can update and supplement our clients' range and improve their business.
The company was founded in 2014 in Copenhagen, Denmark, where we were first know for our organic and high quality products to the Copenhagen high-end hotels. In 2018 the company was sold and became a part of Faber Bakery Group.
We sell our products in several European countries and we serve clients such as Meyers, 7-eleven, Q8, Cheffelo, Skagen Food and Hello Fresh.

FOOD SAFETY

Our guidelines are designed to ensure that ingredients, packaging and end products are safe to use. Customers and consumers must be able to count on receiving the same high quality every time. Faber focuses systematically on replacing ingredients that may have negative health and environmental impacts.
All the food products we launch have undergone a thorough risk assessment in the development process aimed at identifying and controlling potential health hazards related to packaging, ingredients and use. We are regularly monitored through audits carried out by Fabers internal food safety team and our 3. party food safety partner. In addition, we at Faber require that all our suppliers comply with our guidelines for safe raw material production.
Faber has the following certifications:
FSSC 22000 Certification
(based on international and independent standards such as ISO 22000, ISO/TS 22003)
Faber is also subject to audits conducted by other parties. A certificate is not obtained at these audits.
Hence you cannot lose a certificate, but you can still be asked to make improvements.
